Artichoke Hearts with Roquefort Dressing

- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained shopping list
- 1 wedge Roquefort cheese shopping list
- 1 stick unsalted butter shopping list
- Fresh lemon juice to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In double boiler, melt butter
- Add Roquefort cheese and lemon juice
- Add drained artichokes to butter sauce
- Serve hot
- Great with steak, served on the side of steak
