Ingredients

2 Pork Tenderloins

1/3 cup olive oil

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup lemon juice

1 large clove garlic, pressed or minced

1/4 brown sugar

1/2 cup chopped green onions

Directions

Marinate tenderloins for at LEAST 24 hours (I marinate for 36). Remove from marinate, reserving sauce. Season with cajun seasoning, salt and pepper and place on grill. Cook until pink in center is gone, basting often while cooking. Heat marinade for 10 minutes. Slice pork and drizzle cooked marinade over the meat.
