This dish is simply and easy to put together for a large crowd. This is a big hit for my extend family of 4 brothers and 2 sisters.

Ingredients
  • Rice
  • Chicken Breasts
  • Gravy ( Packaged, canned or you can use 2 cans Cream of Chicken with 1 c. Chicken Broth)
  • Chopped Green Peppers
  • Pineapple Tidbits
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Chopped Green Onion
  • Chopped Celery
  • Toasted Almonds
  • Coconut
  • Grated Cheese
  • Chinese Noodles
  • What ever else you want

Directions
  1. Cook, Season and cut up boneless Chicken Breasts.
  2. Cook plenty of rice
  3. Make packaged or canned Chicken Gravy according to directions (Make Lots)
  4. Let everyone make their own "sundaes" By layering Rice, Chicken, Gravy and toppings.
