Great side dish. Fabulous served over rice.

Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp bacon grease (or butter)
  • 1/2 cup sweet onions, chopped
  • 1 - 10 oz bag of frozen limsa - cooked per package directions
  • 2 - 14.5 oz cans of your favorite stewed tomatoes, drained

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Heat bacon grease in skillet
  3. Saute onions for 3 - 4 minutes
  4. Stir in limas and tomatoes
  5. Pour into baking dish and bake for 30 minutes
