Ingredients
  • 1 part citrus vodka
  • 1 part apple liqueur
  • 1 part fresh lemon-ginger sour*
  • 1/2 part cloudy apple juice
  • 1/2 part Boiron Green Apple puree
  • 1 teaspoon pasteurized egg whites

Directions
  1. In an ice filled mixing glas, add citrus vodka, apple liqueur, lemon-ginger sour, cloudy apple juice and green apple puree and shake until well blended;strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  2. garnish with a thin slice of green apple.
  3. *Mixing 2 parts fresh lemon juice with one part ginger sumple syrup will easily make lemon-ginger sour. (Pasteurized egg white for froth).
