Another way of enjoying mangoes. This one is great when placed in small molds for parties.

Recent Gawkers
- 2 pack unflavored gelatin (clear)
- 1 heavy cream
- slices of mango
- 1 3/4 cup water
Directions
- Dissolve unflavored gelatin in water.
- Once dissolved heat it in a pan. As soon as it starts to boil pour in heavy cream.
- Let it boil while stirring.
- Pour it in the mold and drop the slices of mangoes.
