Healthy Italian Chicken Recipe
A very quick and easy healthy chicken recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 skinless chicken breast fillets
  • 1 can diced tomatoes in olive oil
  • Fresh buffalo mozzarella slices or shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bunch basil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Olive oil

Directions
  1. 1. Using a panini press or other table top grill, cook chicken breasts, using olive oil to grease grill. (If you don't have either of the above, you can also sautee or grill chicken).
  2. 2. Top cooked chicken with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
  3. 3. Dust with S/P and serve!
  4. *Serving suggestion: Sauteed green beans with garlic and wild rice.
