Healthy Italian Chicken

- 4 skinless chicken breast fillets shopping list
- 1 can diced tomatoes in olive oil shopping list
- Fresh buffalo mozzarella slices or shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1 bunch basil shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Using a panini press or other table top grill, cook chicken breasts, using olive oil to grease grill. (If you don't have either of the above, you can also sautee or grill chicken).
- 2. Top cooked chicken with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
- 3. Dust with S/P and serve!
- *Serving suggestion: Sauteed green beans with garlic and wild rice.
