kibbeh with peppers

- 1/2 kg beef shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1.5 - 2 cups burghul { I tend to put 1.5, but the recipe calls for 2} shopping list
- You can buy this from middle east stores- it is cracked wheat. shopping list
- 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper shopping list
- 1 table spoon cumin powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garam masala (mixed spices) shopping list
- 1 small onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 3 sticks of spring onion shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- tomato paste shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Wash the burghul and let it soak for 15 minutes
- Wash and chop the peppers into small cubes.
- Wash and chop the spring onions
- In a bowl, mix the meat, burghul, peppers, onions, egg, 1 tablespoon olive oil, cumin, salt, garam masala well.
- Put the meat in a baking tray and top with tomato paste and sprinkle with olive oil. Spread the tomato paste and oil on top of the meat and bake in the oven until the meat is cooked.
- This recipe is easy and it tastes very good. Serve with salad.
