How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Combine all ingredients, except olive oil, in a bowl.
  • Roll the mixture into 1 1/2" balls.
  • Pour olive oil on shallow baking pan and place meatballs on top; swirl pan around to coat meatballs in oil.
  • Bake meatballs for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown, but not cooked completely through. (unless eating by themselves)
  • Remove meatballs from oil, drain on paper towels and stir into favorite pasta sauce.
