Italian Bread Dip

- 2/3 cup Fig balsamic vinegar (Any flavor is fine) shopping list
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 artichoke heart marinated in oil (I bought this in a big jar) shopping list
- 1 Loaf of Chewy and crusty bread. shopping list
How to make it
- Put the Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil together in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Chop the artichoke heart into about fingernail sized pieces.
- Add artichoke to the vinegar/oil mixture.
- Enjoy with the bread. I like to use a fresh Kalamata Olive bread.
