My Christmas Ham

- 12 lb ham - shank portion shopping list
- 1 Reynolds turkey sized cooking bag shopping list
- cloves shopping list
- Splenda brown sugar shopping list
- 1 can *4 slices* pineapple shopping list
- 1 tbsp. flour shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Put the flour into the cooking bag and shake to distribute. Put ham into the cooking bag and fold the bag down. Then cut a criss-cross pattern in the top of the ham.
- Take the cloves and put one in each diamond shape on the ham.
- Next put the pineapple slices on top of the ham.. the cloves will hold them in place. Then add brown sugar on top of the ham and pineapple slices. Next pour the juice from the pineapple slices over the top.
- Close the cooking bag and place in a roasting pan large enough to hold the ham and the excess bag. Cut 6 1/2 slits in the top of the cooking bag.
- Cook for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
