This is a recipe that was handed down to me. It's delicious served over rice with jalapeno cornbread on the side.

Ingredients
  • 4 - large boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 - cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cans milk (measure milk in soup can)

Directions
  1. Bake chicken at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until done
  2. Mix soup and milk in bowl until smooth
  3. Pour over chicken after it is done.
  4. Bake until soup mixture bubbles (apprx 15 minutes) at 400 degrees
