How to make it

  • Slice and season Moose Roast and set aside.
  • Slice and season Potatoes and set aside.
  • Spray casserole dish with Pam and lay out potatoes.
  • Cover potatoe layer with onion slices.
  • Cover onion with Moose steaks.
  • Mix together soup and milk in bowl until well blended. Pour over Moose and cover and bake at 350 for about 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.

    Sounds great...are there moose in CA...lol. How does it taste? Is it tender? Not sure I could kill one, they are beautiful animals =(
