Spinach And Nut Linguine Recipe
Threw this together when I didn't have anything in my pantry except these things - turned out tasty and healthy

Ingredients
  • Box of whole wheat linguine (or any other pasta that you like)
  • Handful of hazelnuts and almonds
  • Half of white onion
  • 3-4 cloves garlic (more if you like it garlicky)
  • 5 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1-2 packs of frozen spinach (or 3 cups fresh)
  • Hazelnut oil

Directions
  1. Coat nuts with hazelnut oil and sea salt, toast in oven
  2. Boil water for linguine
  3. MEANWHILE
  4. Thickly slice onion, mince garlic and rosemary, saute in hazelnut oil until onions translucent
  5. Add spinach (if still frozen, thaw it by boiling/straining it first) and nuts
  6. Add cooked linguine when done
  7. SERVE with red pepper flakes and/or grated romano cheese
