Spinach and Nut Linguine

- Box of whole wheat linguine (or any other pasta that you like) shopping list
- Handful of hazelnuts and almonds shopping list
- Half of white onion shopping list
- 3-4 cloves garlic (more if you like it garlicky) shopping list
- 5 sprigs of fresh rosemary shopping list
- 1-2 packs of frozen spinach (or 3 cups fresh) shopping list
- hazelnut oil shopping list
How to make it
- Coat nuts with hazelnut oil and sea salt, toast in oven
- Boil water for linguine
- MEANWHILE
- Thickly slice onion, mince garlic and rosemary, saute in hazelnut oil until onions translucent
- Add spinach (if still frozen, thaw it by boiling/straining it first) and nuts
- Add cooked linguine when done
- SERVE with red pepper flakes and/or grated romano cheese
