How to make it

  • Coat nuts with hazelnut oil and sea salt, toast in oven
  • Boil water for linguine
  • MEANWHILE
  • Thickly slice onion, mince garlic and rosemary, saute in hazelnut oil until onions translucent
  • Add spinach (if still frozen, thaw it by boiling/straining it first) and nuts
  • Add cooked linguine when done
  • SERVE with red pepper flakes and/or grated romano cheese
