Ingredients
  • Drippings from recently cooked meat
  • 1 tbsp beef bouillon
  • 4 tbsp bacon grease or melted lard
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 quart milk

Directions
  1. Over medium heat, melt grease or lard in pan with trimmings
  2. Add bouillon and stir
  3. Add flour and stir constantly until mixture turns peanut butter color
  4. Add milk and keep stirring
  5. When mixture begins to bubble and is thick, it's ready
  6. Serve over biscuits
  7. YUM!
