How to make it

  • Over medium heat, melt grease or lard in pan with trimmings
  • Add bouillon and stir
  • Add flour and stir constantly until mixture turns peanut butter color
  • Add milk and keep stirring
  • When mixture begins to bubble and is thick, it's ready
  • Serve over biscuits
  • YUM!
