Ingredients
  • A 5-6 lb pork roast
  • 1 cup bacon grease
  • salt

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Brown pork roast in pan
  3. Cover roast with bacon fat and salt
  4. Put in oven- cover with foil
  5. Cook for an hour- uncover after 40 minutes for crispy outside
  6. YUM!
