Seaweed Soup

- 15 pieces of the stuffed dried oyster shopping list
- One whole carrot shopping list
- One bunch of seaweed shopping list
- One teaspoon of dried scallop shopping list
- 500ml of stock (I uses anchovies, but you may choose chicken) shopping list
- 2 cm of ginger shopping list
- One bunch of chinese mushroom shopping list
How to make it
- Boiled the stock with the dried scallop.
- Add in carrot, ginger and mushroom.
- Leave it to boil at low fire for about 10 minutes.
- Add in the oyster and boil for another 5 minutes.
