Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg of farina tip 550
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 teacup of brown sugar
  • 1 tea spoon of sea salt
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tea cup of sunflower oil
  • 1/2 kg of white-cream cheese
  • 1/2 L of milk

Directions
  1. put farina in the pot
  2. add 4 eggs
  3. add 1 tea cup of sugar
  4. sea salt
  5. lemon juice and scrub peel of 1 lemon
  6. add milk and mix it well for 10 min
  7. make pan cakes/you will have about 20 peaces/
  8. FILL:
  9. in white-cream cheese add 2 tea cup sugar
  10. 2 eggs
  11. 1/2 tea spoon of sea salt
  12. 1 lemon juice and peel
  13. mix it with hand
  14. add this fill in pan cakes
  15. roll it and set all in pan
  16. bake it in warm oven for 35 min on 200 Celsius
