How to make it

  • To get orange peel slivers, simply grate the peel of an orange with a vegetable peeler or paring knife. Use just the "orange" not the white meaty part of the skin.
  • In a large non stick skillet, mix cinnamon, brown sugar, orange peel slivers and salad dressing together.
  • Add chicken pieces. Cook over med heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn chicken piecs over and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Chicken will be white and not translucent when fully cdooked
  • Serve warm.
