A very quick way to make chocolate mousse for dessert! Really good! I also have made the more complicated, rich mousse too--that I got off Martha Stewart's website--that is heavenly too! :)

Ingredients
  • 2 packages chocolate fudge instant pudding mix
  • 4 c. cold milk
  • 1 tub Cool Whip ( 8 oz.)
  • can of whipped topping
  • chocolate shavings

Directions
  1. Beat pudding and milk 2 minutes.
  2. Fold in Cool Whip.
  3. Chill.
  4. Spoon into dessert bowls.
  5. Add a dollop of whipped cream from can.
  6. Sprinkle on chocolate shavings.
  7. Enjoy! :)
