Fried Tutti Fruiti Cakes

A sweet surprise which is very easy to prepare on a short notice.I derived this recipe from Raisin Drop Cakes,changed raisins with TuttiFruiti.
Ingredients
- 2 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 3 tsp baking powder shopping list
- Pinch of salt shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1 medium egg shopping list
- 1/4 cup tutti fruiti shopping list
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup oil shopping list
How to make it
- Sift together flour and baking powder in a large bowl.
- Add salt,egg,milk,tutti fruiti,sugar and oil.
- Mix it well so that it becomes a thick batter.
- Heat oil for deep frying.
- Drop spoonfuls of mixture in the oil (using a teaspoon).
- Fry until golden on all sides.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve warm.
