Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped

1 cup celery, chopped

1/2 cup butter or margarine

4 cups mashed potatoes

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs (fresh)

1/4 teaspoon pepper

4 pieces chicken

1/2 cup butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon salt

Dash of pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions

Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Add to mashed potatoes. Stir in eggs, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Turn into greased, shallow casserole or baking dish. Arrange chicken with melted butter; sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Bake at 375F for 1 hour or longer until chicken is tender and browned.

I am alittle confused by the directions but it sounds yummy so I would love some clarification if possible.
