Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 egg

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup(or more) semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 180 C/350 F. Lightly grease or line 6 muffin cups.

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and sugar .

Stir in the milk, egg, butter and chocolate chips.

Pour batter into prepared muffin cups.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Do you know if 180 C is around 350 F or is it 375 F, I'm not sure I'm figuring it right...thank you!
