How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 180 C/350 F. Lightly grease or line 6 muffin cups.
  • In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and sugar .
  • Stir in the milk, egg, butter and chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into prepared muffin cups.
  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

    This is awesome!! i went straight to doubling the recipe, used buttermilk instead and put in a 1/4 c cocoa powder also. My family can't get enough. They even heat them up and pour cream all over it or ice cream on the top!

    Do you know if 180 C is around 350 F or is it 375 F, I'm not sure I'm figuring it right...thank you!
