How to make it

  • preheat oven 450
  • Arrange mushrooms and onions in oven dish
  • place salmon on top pour wine over them sprinkle with salt & pepper
  • cook for 10 to 15 min. remove and keep salmon warm
  • fold some cooking juices from salmon into beaten eggs
  • pour remaining juice into sauce pan heat then fold in eggs whisk until mixture thickens add butter spoon over salmon. sprinkle with green pepper corns & ground black pepper. serve

    I have been eating mostly steamed salmon with ginger and green onions. This sounds like a good alternative!
