How to make it

  • Position the rack in the center of the oven,preheat to 400 degrrees. Pierce sweet potatoes in several places with a fork, place on aluminum foiled covered flat pan. Bake until tender, when it is pierced with a fork about 55 minutes cool slightly.
  • Cut the sweet potatoes in half. Scoop out the pulp into a large bowl, discard the peel. Add ground cinnamon,all spice,lemon juice,peel,nutmeg.
  • Use an electric mixer, beat until the mixture is smooth.
