Ingredients

5 cups shredded day old white bread (diced or sliced in small pieces)

1 ginger, sliced and crushed

1 small onion, minced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp canola oil

1 stick of butter

1 egg, beaten

Directions

In a pan, put in the oil and melt the butter. Put in the onions, garlic, and ginger and sautee until soft. Once soft, remove from heat and cool for a minute. Stir in the bread and egg. Cook until mixture is smooth in texture.

Stuff to chicken and roast.
