How to make it

  • Place arborio rice with first olive oil, salt and water in baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap and then foil on top. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for approx. 45 minutes. (You can do this ahead of time and keep in fridge till ready to sautee, also have all the toppings prepared ahead of time. So when you come home you can prepare in minutes. Make sure rice is done.
  • When ready to sautee to order place about 2 tsp olive oil 1-2 tsp fresh minced garlic in pan on medium to high heat. Add what ever fillings are requested sautee 2-3 minutes add 1 cup of rice 1/2 cup heavy cream and 1/4 cup of fresh parmesan cheese. Mix till cheese has melted with cream and made a creamy sauce. Add more cheese if wanted or more cream if too dry. Serve
