This creamy dish is a family recipe passed down from my great great great grandmama...

Ingredients
  • 1 bbq chicken, diced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 cup cornflakes
  • 1 stick celery, sliced
  • 200mL cream

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except celery and cornflakes into cooking dish.
  2. Fry cornflakes and celery in a pan.
  3. Put fried ingredients on top of dish
  4. Bake until hot and bubbly
