How to make it

  • Place fish in a large skillet; add wine and parsley.
  • Cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork
  • Meanwhile cook vegetables according to package directions
  • Remove fish from skillet to heated platter
  • Add hot vegetable mixture to hot cooking liquid in skillet; mix well
  • Spoon mixture over fish, garnish with parsley, if desired
