Ingredients
  • 1 lb. (16 oz.) Velveeta Pasturized Processd Cheese Spread
  • 1 cup Thick and Chunky Salsa

Directions
  1. Microwave Velveeta cheese, cut up and salsa in 1 1/2 quart microwaveable bowl on high for 5 minutes or until Velveeta is melted.
  2. Stirring after 3 minutes
  3. Serve hot with assorted cut up vegetables or tortilla chips

This stuff is great! I add about one pound of cooked ground beef, serve with Tostitos scoops and I call it my junk food supper.We have it from time to time. It is good and my hubby loves it.
