How to make it

  • In a large nonstick skillet, melt 2 tbsp. butter over medium-high heat and cook chicken and red pepper, stirring occasionally for about 6 minutes or until chicken is done.
  • Add broccoli, chicken broth and remaining tablespoon butter to skillet
  • Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 2 minutes or until broccoli is heated through.
  • Serve, if desired, over pasta or rice.
