Lasagna Loaf

- 1/2 cup tomato juice shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 T dried parsley flakes shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, minced shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- FILLING: shopping list
- 1 carton (15 oz) ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1 cup cubed or shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup diced fully cooked ham shopping list
- 1 tsp dried parsley flakes shopping list
- TOPPING: shopping list
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced shopping list
- 4 green onions, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Press into an ungreased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. In a bowl, combine the filling ingredients. Spread over loaf. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 1 hour. Sprinkle with topping ingredients. Bake 15 minutes longer or until meat is no longer pink and a meat thermometer reads 160F.
