Ingredients

1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

3 medium carrots, sliced

1 medium onion, chopped

1 lb fully cooked kielbasa or Polish sausage, halved and cut into 1-inch pieces

1/2 lb ground beef

1 can (14 1/2 oz) beef broth

Lemon-pepper seasoning, to taste

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. Transfer to a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with sausage. Shape beef into 1-inch balls; arrange over top. Pour broth over the casserole. Sprinkle with lemon-pepper. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 1 hour or until heated through.
