White Chocolate Coconut Frosting Recipe

How to make it

  • Beat in a medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed softened butter, powdered sugar, milk until well blended
  • Increase speed to medium and beat for 30 seconds or until smooth
  • Beat in white baking chocolate
  • Stir in sweetened flaked coconut
  • Sprinkle remaining coconut over brownies after they are frosted and cut, if desired
  • ***Easter Brownie Decorating Tips:
  • use decorating icings or gels to draw bunny eyes, nose and mouth
  • Use rainbow decors to create outline for clothing (vests, bow ties, etc.), then use assorted colored crystals to fill in the designs
  • Use sugar-coated gumdrops cut into shapes to create carrots and leaves
