Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 3 squares white baking chocolate, melted
  • 1 1/3 cups sweetened flaked coconut

Directions
  1. Beat in a medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed softened butter, powdered sugar, milk until well blended
  2. Increase speed to medium and beat for 30 seconds or until smooth
  3. Beat in white baking chocolate
  4. Stir in sweetened flaked coconut
  5. Sprinkle remaining coconut over brownies after they are frosted and cut, if desired
  6. ***Easter Brownie Decorating Tips:
  7. use decorating icings or gels to draw bunny eyes, nose and mouth
  8. Use rainbow decors to create outline for clothing (vests, bow ties, etc.), then use assorted colored crystals to fill in the designs
  9. Use sugar-coated gumdrops cut into shapes to create carrots and leaves
