Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry

- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 3 cups assorted cut up vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, green and red pepper chunks) shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 3 tbsp. water shopping list
- 1 pkg (10 oz.) chicken breast shopping list
- 4 cups bean sprouts shopping list
How to make it
- In a 12 inch skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil
- Add onion and cook 2 minutes or until softened, stirring occasionally
- Stir in vegetables, soy sauce and 3 tbsp. water
- Cover and simmer over low heat 2 minutes or until chicken is hot and vegetables are tender and crisp
- Serve with hot cooked rice, if desired
