How to make it

  • In large bowl or plastic bag, combine Dijon Mustard, water or oil, garlic powder and Italian seasoning
  • Add chicken, mixing to coat
  • Place chicken in 9x9x2 inch baking pan
  • Bake at 375F for 20 minutes or until done
  • Garnish with lemon and fresh herbs

    Mustard makes a great coating for chicken. It is delecious and it keeps it so moist. Wonderful.
