Ingredients
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen cauliflower
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condense cream of potatoes soup
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 cup shredd swiss cheese

Directions
  1. In large saucepn combine cauliflower and 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook about 5 minutes or until tender. Do not drain. Cut up large pieces. Mash all the cauliflower slightly.
  2. Stir in the condensed potato soup. Stir in milk and cheese. Cook and stir until cheese is melted and soup is heated through.
