Easy Cauliflower Chowder

- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen cauliflower shopping list
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condense cream of potatoes soup shopping list
- 2 cups skim milk shopping list
- 1 cup shredd swiss cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In large saucepn combine cauliflower and 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook about 5 minutes or until tender. Do not drain. Cut up large pieces. Mash all the cauliflower slightly.
- Stir in the condensed potato soup. Stir in milk and cheese. Cook and stir until cheese is melted and soup is heated through.
