Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider or red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 6 cups torn mixed greens
  • 2 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheeses
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts

Directions
  1. Mix vegetable oil, sugar, cider or red wine vinegar, garlic, salt, paprika, pepper and in a jar with a lid
  2. Shake well to make dressing
  3. Toss mixed greens, sliced strawberries and cheeses with dressing
