Microwave Chicken Divan

Easy and quick. I substituted 2 cans of tuna for the chicken and the kids loved it!
Ingredients
- 2) Cups Cooked Sliced chicken OR turkey shopping list
- 2) Can green beans shopping list
- 6) green onions Chopped shopping list
- 1) Cup Mayonaise shopping list
- 1) Can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 2) Small Cans mushrooms OR 1-1/2 Cups Fresh sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1) Tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2) Teaspoon beau monde seasoning OR seasoning salt shopping list
- 1/8) Teaspoon curry powder shopping list
- 1) Cup Grated cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Place Green Beans in 7" X 12" Baking Dish.
- Place Chicken over Green Beans
- Combine: Soup, Mayonaise, Lemon Juice, Onions, Mushrooms, Beau Monde, Curry and 1/2 Cup Grated Cheese. Pour over Chicken.
- Top with remaining 1/2 Cup Grated Cheese.
- Cover and cook on high 8 to 10 minutes.
