Easy and quick. I substituted 2 cans of tuna for the chicken and the kids loved it!

Ingredients
  • 2) Cups Cooked Sliced Chicken OR Turkey
  • 2) Can Green Beans
  • 6) Green Onions Chopped
  • 1) Cup Mayonaise
  • 1) Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2) Small Cans Mushrooms OR 1-1/2 Cups Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1) Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2) Teaspoon Beau Monde Seasoning OR Seasoning Salt
  • 1/8) Teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1) Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions
  1. Place Green Beans in 7" X 12" Baking Dish.
  2. Place Chicken over Green Beans
  3. Combine: Soup, Mayonaise, Lemon Juice, Onions, Mushrooms, Beau Monde, Curry and 1/2 Cup Grated Cheese. Pour over Chicken.
  4. Top with remaining 1/2 Cup Grated Cheese.
  5. Cover and cook on high 8 to 10 minutes.
