How to make it

  • Preheat grill to high
  • Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper
  • Stir together maple syrup, barbecue sauce, mustard and liquid smoke
  • Grill chicke, turning and brushing withmaple barbecue sauce, 12-15 minutes, or until done (when juices run clear or temperature reaches 170F)
  • Serve with potato salad and three bean salad, if desired
  • Refrigerate leftovers
