This is so easy and delicious. You don't have to precook the macaroni.

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp butter - melted
  • 2 cups uncooked macaroni
  • 1 pound grated sharp cheese
  • 1 quart of milk
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper or dry mustard

Directions
  1. melt butter in a 9 x 13 pan in the microwave.
  2. add macaroni and stir until coated
  3. add pepper or mustard or both
  4. add sharp cheese and mix thoroughly
  5. pour milk over top - do not stir
  6. bake at 350 for 1 hour
