This cheesecake is not to sweet, but does satisfy the sweet tooth. And so easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 lg egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 9 inch pie crust graham cracker
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chpd. walnuts

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degree
  2. Combine cream cheese,melted chocolate,sugar,egg and vanilla. in large bowl. Beat with mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add sour cream to cream cheese mixture and beat until blended. Spoon into crust.
  4. Bake until set about 25-30 minutes.
  5. Let stand to cool. Chill,covered for 4-5 hours. Decorate pie with whipped cream rosettes. Sprinkle with walnuts.
