Chocolate Chunk Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350f Lightly grease a 9x 13'' pan
  • Cream peanut butter, butter and sugar Demerara sugar
  • Add eggsone at a time beating well oafter each one
  • Add vanilla
  • Stir in flour then fold in the chocolate chunks
  • Pouir batter into perared pan
  • Four a chruchytop, sprinkle generously with 1/2 cup pf Demerara sugar
  • Bake 25-30 min
  • Brownies will sink slightly in the center while cooling
  • Cool before cutting in to squares
