Chocolate Chunk Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
  • 1 stick buter, softened
  • 2 1/2 cup Domerara Washed Raw Sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 (12.oz) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup Demerara Washed raw sugar topping optional

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350f Lightly grease a 9x 13'' pan
  2. Cream peanut butter, butter and sugar Demerara sugar
  3. Add eggsone at a time beating well oafter each one
  4. Add vanilla
  5. Stir in flour then fold in the chocolate chunks
  6. Pouir batter into perared pan
  7. Four a chruchytop, sprinkle generously with 1/2 cup pf Demerara sugar
  8. Bake 25-30 min
  9. Brownies will sink slightly in the center while cooling
  10. Cool before cutting in to squares
