Sauteed Garden Veggies

- 3 cups raw vegetables, shredded or diced shopping list
- Any combination of fresh vegetables can be used (cabbage, green beans, spinach, corn, carrots, summer squash, onionsn, peppers, potatoes, tomatoes etc.) shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp. margarine shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- fresh herbs shopping list
How to make it
- Wash, shred or slice fresh vegetables
- In a large frying pan, melt margarine
- Add water and vegetables to the frying pan
- Cook over low heat until vegetables are crisp and tender
- Stir occasionally to keep vegetables from sticking; you may need to ad a little more water if vegetables are not "done."
- Season with salt, pepper and fresh herbs
- Serve with rice, pasta/noodles, or in a casserole dish over mashed potatoes
