Ingredients
  • To make 1 serving:
  • 1 tbsp. instant coffee, any flavor
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup eggnog
  • ground nutmeg (optional)
  • To make 4 servings:
  • 1/4 cup instant coffe
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups warm eggnog

Directions
  1. To make 1 serving:
  2. Place instant coffee into cup or mug
  3. Slowly pour boiling water over coffee while stirring
  4. Stir in eggnog, heated until hot
  5. Sprinkle with nutmeg
  6. Serve at once
  7. To make 4 servings:
  8. Place instant coffee in heatproof pitcher
  9. Slowly pour in boiling water while stirring
  10. Stir in warm eggnog
