Potato Celeriac Al Forne Recipe
A brilliant way to introduce vegetables to kids

Ingredients
  • Use as much vegetables as you need for your serving size
  • Celeriac/parsnip/jerusalem artichoke (individual or combination) sliced
  • Potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • Dressing
  • Sage
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 pint double cream
  • 1/2 pint whole milk
  • salt

Directions
  1. Mix everything together in a baking tray and cover with aluminium foil
  2. Bake for 1/2 hour and 180 deg C
  3. Remove foil and add more cheese
  4. Place in a hot oven for 10 mins
  5. Serve
