  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup real cream of coconut
  • 1 1/2 tsp rum extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients together in blender or food processor container
  2. Cover, blend until smooth
