Raisin Bread Pudding

- 16 slices bread, cubed shopping list
- 1 cup raisins shopping list
- 2 cans (12 oz. each) evaporated milk shopping list
- 4 large eggs, slightly beaten shopping list
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted shopping list
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg shopping list
- caramel sauce (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Grease 12x8 inch baking dish
- Combine bread and raisins in a large bowl
- Combine evaporated milk, eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium bowl
- Pour egg mixture over bread mixture; combine well
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish
- Let stand for 10 minutes
- Bake for 35-45 minutes or until center is set
- Serve warm with caramel sauce
