How to make it

  • Prepare beef and vegetables
  • Heat 2 tbsp. oil or butter in skillet
  • Saute onion until transparent; set aside
  • Sauted beef until brown, set aside
  • Add remaining 2 tbsp. oil or butter to pan
  • Saute mushrooms for 3 minutes
  • Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
  • Whisk yogurt with lemon juice and add to the mushrooms
  • Heat, do not boil
  • Return beef strips and onions to the pan
  • Heat through and serve over noodles and rice
