How to make it

  • Combine cheese, garlic, italian seasoning, salt and pepper
  • Spread over 12 double beef slices
  • Gently roll and fasten with toothepicks or string
  • Heat oil in skillet
  • Brown meat rolls; set aside
  • Add onion and celery to skillet; saute until limp
  • Add tomato sauce, heat and reduce until somewhat thickened
  • Return bracciole to sauce and heat through
